All of the digital camouflage BDUs that we sell are LEGAL civilian copies of the genuine issue MARPAT and CADPAT camouflage BDU uniforms as well as Tru-Spec Army ATD. The Propper ACUs are the official issue Army ACUs with the exception of the IR tag on the shoulder pockets.

LEGAL NOTICE ABOUT MISLEADING ADVERTISEMENTS AND COUNTERFEIT MARPAT, CADPAT &  ARMY ACU DIGITAL CAMOUFLAGE BDUs  

When shopping for MARPAT, CADPAT or ACU digital camouflage uniforms please be aware of what you are buying. There are MANY dealers out there who are selling the same legal civilian version MARPAT, CADPAT & All Terrain digital BDUs that we sell but are advertising them as genuine military issue uniforms. There are also many other dealers out there (especially on ebay) who are selling the VERY poor quality Asian, Pakistani,  Indonesian and illegal counterfeit MARPAT, CADPAT & All Terrain digital BDUs that fall apart after a couple of washings.  Many of the counterfeit MARPAT camouflage BDUs have all of the correct markings right down to the EGA imprinted throughout the camouflage pattern and the red and black Dept of the Navy tags on the inside. CADPAT has been the latest target for the illegal counterfeiters. Genuine issue MARPAT and CADPAT digital camouflage BDUs have never been released for public sales and are illegal to sell to the public. If you find some MARPAT or CADPAT digital BDUs for sale that you can confirm as real issue uniforms then they are either used surplus or if new they are stolen government property... both of which are illegal to sell or possess.
